Magical Mermaid themed Cupcake Class

Times: 10am - 12.30pm

Venue: Private Studio, Knowbury, Ludlow, Shropshire 

Join Louise at her Studio for this fabulous morning Class, to learn how to decorate these magical mermaid/ sea themed Cupcakes 

You will learn how to decorate your cupcakes using buttercream. Then using moulds you will explore how to create all the Pretty shells, mermaid tails. And how to create the handmade sign post. 

Your cupcakes will be boxed for you to take home. 

Subjects to be covered:

• How to work with buttercream
• How to colour buttercream
• How to decorate your cupcake with buttercream using various piping nozzles
• How to create shells, mermaid tails, starfish & seahorses 
• how to handmade the sign post
• Finish your design with Sprinkles

Class Size: 2 Students Only 

Skills: No previous skills required. Ideal Class for beginners 

It is possible to book this class and the matching sponge class to complete the same day. This would be a private booking for 2 students. Please contact me to discuss your requirements for private bookings.
