PLEASE READ: Private tuition & Zoom flower Class TERMS & CONDITIONS

• To secure your bookings for a private in-person class or private Zoom flower class Louise Scofield requires full payment at the time of booking.
• Once the fee for private tuition or zoom flower classes has been made to secure your booking and date, the fee is non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend on the date booked for your private tuition & Zoom flower class your fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. We advise you take out your own insurance at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling the date of your booked private tuition or Zoom Flower Class will only be granted where possible 2 months in advance of your booked class date & there will be a £25 admin fee.
• Rescheduling the pre-booked date for your private tuition or zoom flower class within two weeks of the class date is strictly prohibited & no refund will be issued.
• In the unlikely event that Louise Scofield has to cancel or postpone a private tuition class or zoom flower class due to unavoidable circumstances, an alternative date will be offered where possible or all fees will be refunded in full. Louise Scofield will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may have incurred eg travel or accommodation expenses.
• Any of the cakes you create during Louise Scofield’s private tuition, can’t be used to advertise your own cake business. Nor can photographs of these designs be used by you to advertise your own business.
• Photographs of cakes & flowers you create during Louise Scofield’s private classes, cannot be published in Magazines or used on any social media sites, without first seeking Louise Scofield’s permission. If permission is given at Louise’s discretion then a clear reference and link must be shown, indicating that the design was created by Louise Scofield.
• The Scheme of work for any of Louise Scofield’s private classes & Zoom Flower Classes, cannot be used by you, to teach your own classes of a similar nature.
• Workshops handouts are subject to copyright.
• Filming of Louise Scofield’s in-person & Zoom Flower Classes is strictly Prohibited

IN-PERSON group classes Terms and Conditions:

• To secure your place on a group workshop & or  course Louise Scofield requires full payment at the time of booking.
• The fee is non refundable and no refunds or transfers will be given if you are unable to attend the workshop or course.
• In the unlikely event that Louise Scofield has to cancel or postpone a workshop, course or private class due to unavoidable circumstances, an alternative date will be offered where possible or all fees will be refunded in full.
