Join Louise for an exciting relaxed day.....learning how to butterecream a sponge cake and use Beautiful Organic Edible fresh flowers to create a wonderful garland around the top edge of your cake. Please note the fresh flowers may vary slightly to those in the photo depending on what is available near to the day of the workshop. 

This full day workshop is for 2 students only, which means you will receive even more one to one attention throughout the session!

This cake would make the Perfect Mothers Day Gift or even a Gift to yourself to share with family and friends.

Skill level: Beginners or anyone wishing to learn how to create this cake

Fee inclusive of all materials and use of equipment during the session

Your cakes with be boxed for you to transport them safely home.
