Beginners Cake Decorating Class

Times: 10am - 5pm

Venue: Private Studio, Knowbury, Ludlow, Shropshire

This full day workshop is for 2 students only....during the day you will learn all the basic's of how to cover a sponge cake. Its perfect for anyone new to cake decorating! Choose your own colours and lettering, to theme your cake.

How to split, fill and crumb coat sponge

Sugar-paste cake

Covering Board

Embossing lettering 

Painting lettering 

Creating an array of simple flowers

How to assemble floral garland 

Finishing touches
