This new class is perfect for a beginner to sugar flower making or someone wishes to learn a new flower to add to their repertoire!

You can book class as private one to one tuition if you refer to learn in this way.

You will learn a variety of techinques, including:

Working with flower paste
Wiring
Creating the centre
Creating petals
Dusting
Assembling into a finished flower

New Sugar Peony Class

This new class is all about the gorgeous large blousy Peony Flowers. You will learns lots of sugar flower making skills, from shaping, veining & dusting to fully assembling your finished peony. Create this flower in a colour of your choice. They come in an array of beautful shades.

Your flower will be boxed for you to take safely home.

All materials are included in the fee and aswell as use of all equipment throughout the session.

Just bring along your packed lunch and a willingness & excitment to learn ☺️

Magical Woodland Christmas

Yesterdays Christmas workshop was a great success. Evereyone had lots of fun creating these amazing Woodland Tree House Christmas Cakes.

There was alot of "cake Love" and lots of glitter and sparkle used throughout the day...😘💕

New Sugar Flower Course

This two day course is a fabulous way to develope your sugar flower making skills. The focus will be learning how to work with deep rich colours. You will be creating Rose Buds, a deep Rich Burgundy Rose, a David Austin Darcey Rose, a Large Blousy open Rose, Rose Hips, Rose leaves and Dusty Miller leaves. Even though I will be demonstrating how to achieve rich colours, it is possible to attend this course if you would like to create this floral piece in paler shaders. I will help you create a paler version of this piece, taking a little creative artistic license with the Darcey Rose, which is usually a deep colour.

Sharing photos of the amazing Semi-naked Wedding Cakes created during one of this months group workshops!

It was a wondeful creative day! The students worked with both Sugar Flowers and Fresh herbs, to create stunning cakes!

Large rambling Rose and Blackberry are hand-made in flowerpaste....

Really proud of them all! Everyone did so well!

It is possible to book this class as a private one to one day or for a private group of 4 students.

The wedding brief; Rustic and natural feel, rustic flower garland.

Karen runs a small Cake business and attended a private session with me for flower arranging. During this session Karen chose for me to assemble the rustic floral garland and spray for her.
