Fringed Peony Five Week Course (2 hours per week)
This course is available at two venues, which offers both a day or evening option
Evening Venue: Hurst Hill Community Centre, Hurst Road, West Midlands. WV14 9EU
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Dates: Wednesday 11th Jan - 8th Feb 2012
Fee: £60 (No Equipment is included. Equipment list sent by email shortly after booking)

Time: 10am - 12 mid-day

Course Content: You will learn how to create a Fringed Poeny, Piper Foliage and Medinilla Berries in sugar. And how assemble them into a spray.
(This course is a sugar flower making course only and does not include learning how to ice the cake.
There is a separate Saturday workshop available to learn how to cover the cake)
